Ben Forkum started his career in real estate in 1986. He is a licensed real estate broker and the owner of Summit Realty Group. Ben has developed several premier communities in Middle Tennessee valued at more than $130 million. These include Benton’s Cove, Benton Harbor and Huntington Place.
He is also active in commercial real estate sales, leasing and management. He owns and manages several thousand square feet of commercial retail/office space including Mt. Juliet Commons, completed in 2007.
In addition, Ben is a licensed General Contractor, licensed to build commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
He has received numerous awards for excellence during his career in the real estate profession.
